Part 2 – Return Pick-Up and Processing
In any case if you want the product to be picked up from a different location, you can change the address if pick-up service is present at the location.
At the time of pick-up, product will be checked under given circumstances:

|Complete Product||All the accessories and combo products (if any) need to be returned|
|Unused Product||The product should be unused, no mark of pen or pencil is to be allowed on the product|
|Undamaged Product||Pages of the book should not be torn, or there should not be any cut on the pages of the book. The product should be in safe condition|
|Undamaged Packaging||Original packaging of the product should not be damaged.|
If any of the given conditions does not meet, then field executive will refuse to accept the return.
For any refund to be processed, first the product will be received by the seller, then the amount will be credited to the user account.
Part 3 – General Rules for a successful Return
- Refund will be processed by the seller if in any condition; seller is unable to proceed with replacement option.
- In any case, if the product is damaged or is in bad condition, the seller may process replacement or issue gift voucher in discretion to the amount paid by the user for the product, at seller’s discretion.
- While receiving open box deliveries, if you receive product in a damaged or different condition, a refund will be processed immediately (on-spot refund for Cash-on-Delivery orders). If you have selected open box delivery while in the process, no return, replacement will be made except for the manufacturing defects.
- For the product, if some pages of the book are missing, full replacement can be processed if other option is available, otherwise refund process will be initiated.
‘If any case if you received confirmation SMS/Email of the product delivery, but the product is not delivered yet, report your issue with 7 days from the date of delivery, so that seller can investigate and do confirmation.’
